Good thing they got rid of the 4th a few years ago in order to cram in more human destruction to their stars.

instead of actually figuring this out that more time to recover / prepare leads to better games, they are intent on destroying their marquee teams
any mid-week game should come with a mandatory bye-week prior to it. We've had years of this now and frankly Thursday football is utter garbage as a product.
It's like wanting to entice Europe to love the game and sending them the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets every fucking year.
