Running brag: My PRs were all from 2019. When everything canceled in 2020 I lost motivation. This year I'm back to setting PRs.

Decided to focus back on running this year. It also helps that I've lost 20 pounds so I'm carrying less dead weight when I run.
So far I've made new PRs for 5K, 10-miler, and Half Marathon.

I’ve found that if you’ve trained before it’s easier to get it back than it was the first time even if there’s been a long lapse. -- nm

I think this is generally the “ride a bike” concept. Your body just has to tap back into it. For me it was the produce codes.

I can feel my body remembering how to do it. It’s wild.
