I totally hear you. change can be impactful and unsettling even when we choose it, add in no choice and all the stress that comes with that, it’s no surprise it’s even more enhanced even when there’s good hope that better times are likely ahead..
hopefully it won’t be long before things are happily settled down for you and all the unsettledness and stressy are behind you!
