OK JetBlue and Chase Travel, you're on notice! That's the 2nd time you send me one of those "Urgent: Your flight schedule has changed" emails!

Phrase it differently. An extended layover does not warrant that type of messaging! The several minutes it too me to click through to confirm the changes were like torture.
