That's an amphibious assault ship - the USS Bataan. (It does carry aircraft, but its mission is different to an aircraft carrier) -- nm

Oh, I looked all that stuff up :) All I knew was that it looked too small to be an aircraft carrier (a US one, at least) -- nm
