I'm honestly not sure what keeps getting me. Most of the time I don't feel the bite/sting because they get me so close to the shin.

Don't think so. Those are normally a cluster of bites. Mine tend to be single. No wasps, no ants. Possibly mosquitos or something else. I wear knee

A Google Lens search says it's likely form mosquitoes. A lot of people seem to get this like you and they report it being from mosquitoes. -- nm

It's likely mosquitos. I've just never had this kind of reaction. Getting older sucks. -- nm
