We can accumulate up to 200 hours of vacation and then it is use it or lose it. I started the month at 197.5 hours.

i pretty much refuse to lose vacation time. Once we get into the second half of the year i start taking random days if it looks like i won't have use

I'm capped at 240 but it's calendar year. And I don't lose it, it just rolls to sick if I'm over 240.

We used to get 640 hours and then capped -- then Covid hit and they had to lay off almost all of 2 divisions and pay out.
