We used to get 640 hours and then capped -- then Covid hit and they had to lay off almost all of 2 divisions and pay out.

they quickly changed to 320 hours and paid out the overages -- and have now gone up to 400 hours.
if you get laid off, up to 10 weeks paid is a nice benefit before you are 'done'.
