I'm capped at 240 but it's calendar year. And I don't lose it, it just rolls to sick if I'm over 240.

Which benefits me because sit time can be put towards retirement. Oh I have months of sick time? Cool I can retired that many months earlier and it still counts as time served.
I think I have 950-ish sick time hours.
