starting next year, the max drops sharply thanks to our corporate overlords. one time payout of over; but I’ll be accumulating so much, maxing out is likely going to happen over and over.

something that’s meant to reward long-timers isn’t a reward when it’s impossible to use unless long vacations or medical leave are in the mix, and good luck with the former/hope I won’t need the latter again for a long time. :/

i pretty much refuse to lose vacation time. Once we get into the second half of the year i start taking random days if it looks like i won't have use - Andie May 24, 12:43 1
