my current job allows some better opportunities than my previous ones, thankfully; but accruing of more than 8 hours every two weeks (it’s combined vacation and sick) just isn’t easy to get through when things are busy.
edited to add that I checked, and it’s 9.24 hours every 2 weeks as of now. (I know that it’s a nice problem to have, in some ways, just a bummer in others.)
