they had the feds seize the supplies NY ordered from china for the 'national emergency'
when the WH said they were shipping PPE to NY it was the most disingenuous act of FVCK YOU ever as sure they shipped PPE to NY to auction it off, and it ended up going to europe.
remember in the early days it was hitting NY the hardest
