2020 stats shouldn't count but they do and because they allowed them they're using that as the basis for allowing the Negro League stats. Gibson

only played in 69 official games in 1943 which gives him the season batting average record of .466
I'm sorry but that's not even close to enough games. He seems to have enough at bats in that short time but I'm still unsure about saying he's the all time leader when he only played 69 games that we know of that season.
There are a lot of stats like this that are questionable and baseball is all about the stats.
I don't like that they're trying to act like they were MLB players when MLB was a racist org. for many decades and refused to allow them to join.
