sadly a friend I recently came to know in my small town - her brother was killed last week. It was looking very likely like an accidental over dose or drowning in the town access to the lake. Detectives told her today it is an active murder investigation. And last week when the body was discovered, they wanted access to his vehicle, so the police had it towed not far to our shady shit tow yard so they could do..forensics??. I guess. But the bill came to her ( car is in her name but still legally mine - whatever).

so she has to pay $ 500+ because the police had it towed maybe 15 blocks. That seems not right to me.

sounds shady.

he was a nice guy, I met him twice. had some issues and this is tragic. I think they will find out - maybe even know now who did it.
