called her supervisor who said he'd be right there and the police were on their way.
Supervisor arrived an hour later, and the police had "other priorities" and arrived after that.

buses are even more wild-west than the trains. drivers generally don't even try to enforce the fare rules b/c they'll just catch hands or worse -- nm

The drivers are much more vulnarable. When was a train operator ever attacked - just other passengers. -- nm
