She's done so little. She talks a big game and then when it comes time to get things done she fails. She made a big statement about housing

and how she was going to require every city and town to build affordable housing, especially around train stations. As soon as a few people complained about it she backed off and next to nothing is being built.
She doesn't have the will or the support to get much done and at this point she looks weak and spineless.
