Houston’s mayor Whitmire is making the same blunders. Nixing transit and road projects that are federally backed, thus losing us the Biden benefits.

Old school Democrat my ass.
In the primary, I voted for the transit guy. In the runoff, I went with Shelia Jackson Lee.
Houston is in real trouble with this guy, a terrible police department, and the state takeover of the school system.
