When I took my polygraph, they asked about marijuana, and I readily disclosed that I had used THC gummies for insomnia. 100% legal in Virginia. Law is apparently still on the books that for highest level clearnce, you're not supposed to do that. Crazy, right? I get that it's the law. I have put in for an appearl, it takes months, so.
