Getting our Steam Deck repaired has turned into such a pain in the ass we just got a new one.

Kim got the Black Screen of Death two weeks ago. We dropped it off at a repair shop that promptly stuck it on a shelf and never looked at it.

We had about eight exchanges with Steam customer service before they finally asked us to send it in. When we got the request, it wanted us to do physical printouts of some stuff.

I got tired and lazy and just put a new one in my shopping cart. I feel like I was more of a fighter about this stuff just a few years ago.
