I blame a lot of it on the fact the company is a construction company. They have an overwhelming preference for being "hands on"

I've been far more relaxed with my team but I also can't just have everyone WFH all the time. One of my team is WFH all summer post-rotator cuff surgery and because I don't have physical space in our area with our two interns taking up room. Hopefully our space expansion will be done quickly and we'll have new offices to expand into
