Is there any special recognition she gets for where she's ranked (like the equivalent of Dean's List)?

My general thought is that if there is, she should definitely list that and not necessarily the specific rank (which will probably be apparent because the employer will want to see her transcript from the school showing her grades (and some schools show rank, though not all)). If not, probably worth noting more specifically (I'd probably go ahead and put in the ranking rather than percentile, though I'm not sure it matters).
