Thank god Charlie Scharf (current Wells Fargo CEO) left my employer when he did. Would probably have ended up leaving far sooner if he had stayed and was in charge of RTO. -- (edited)

As it was he f*cked over a good number of people who had been initially hired for remote positions (this was pre-pandemic) by revoking all WFH as well as flexible work arrangements that had started to roll out across the company.
