I am responding to an offer from another law firm.
|
We're discussing a potential future merger, starting with some contract work on a project by project basis. Their offer is great. If I was in a position to move, I'd be tempted to take it right off the bat.
But I'm in no position to move out of state.
So, I'm trying to say that the offer is great, but I can't accept it due to extraneous conditions.
