I'll bet it doesn't include gas - who would have that data?

Exxon and BP wouldn't know how much of their gas is being used for fishing trips, and at the consumer level, I'd guess people know how much they spend, but do not track by purpose (travel to work, for errands, for visiting people, for hobbies)
