so my DoA was out today so I was acting DoA. a normal week for my reps at this time of year is just under 20 new enrollments (this is work jargon, so just look at the number, smile, and nod), and considering that we have a semester start this week, this number should be slightly lower. today, on my watch, my reps did *9.* this was accomplished while posting a show rate of *over* 95% (64 of 65), where company average is about 80%.
they made me look stellar. *stellar.*
this despite the fact that I had to coach two of them for semi-major screwups and the fact that one of my reps is out on paternity leave this week *and* the fact that one of reps is on desperation tilt because he hasn't had an enrollment since... yeah, I won't embarrass him by telling you that.
they want me back here as DoA when I'm done, and they busted their asses to show corporate that I'm competent in that role when I'm in it.
they get treats. they *so* get treats.
