is there arent ANY supervillains.

they just dont exist in this world.

so basically, every single person who had been shot up with V (and there are hundreds of them), is a law abiding citizen that either A) belongs to some local superhero group or B) just travels around conventions and attends superhero origies.

So not ONE of them has 'broke bad' and use their powers for villainy?
