pop up from time to time.

Things happen on the subway but it's not all that common. I've never seen a rat on the subway but because we have rats and they're on the tracks this person thought it would be funny to put it in the pic. I have seen many pigeons on the subway. They just need some AC and a rest. They get off after a few stops. :-)
