totally leading us to think dan won.
first dish needing salt, undercooked lobster, no instruction for the second course, etc.: winner!
I thought any of them *could* win before the ep.
was a little fearful for savannah because she did better when she had constraints and not too much time to overthink. (yep - that plus too much swaying to michelle’s input, whoops.)
hoped dan would win - 12th try, age, jewish, chronic illness + mobility issues, and his skillz would have been sweet.
danny winning, with this edit, seemed more for the season and a producers’ choice than just the finale, which is what it’s said to be meant to be. grr.
(also him picking his bro manny and letting him do protein after all his issues with them was a ding to me, and how he treated him vs. the other two.)
