It's weird that gastro issues can cause chest pain, but it definitely can (as I've learned too). I don't quite get the chest inflammation causing the gastro issues. Where is the chest inflammation coming from? Could you have some pericarditis like I did? Did you have COVID within the last 6 months? BTW, yesterday I tried acupuncture for the first time to see if it would help with the reflux. I'll let you know if I see any benefit. None yet. I'll give 3 or 4 tries.
