from b2, better results for using shredded cheese in fully melty recipes if you (don’t hurt me)..

rinse it in water to remove the rice flour or cellulose or whatever that’s used to keep it from sticking together then squeeze the water out.

I know, I know; but there are reasons to buy pre-shredded sometimes. *waves hand attached to wrist that has metal in it to show one* modern, good brand melts just fine for sprinkling; it’s full-on that can use some help.
