My friends Dan and Birgitta live in a house that doesn't have a front door lock. No way to lock the house at all.

Everyone in town knows that the old Coleman house has no lock. Nobody fucks with it.
They go away all summer and just ask us all to walk through the house whenever we are in the neighborhood. Maybe flip some lights. "work from our house if you want."
Every now and then (like tonight) I'll get a group text from birgitta that says "hey when was the last time anyone flushed out toilets?" And if it's been awhile we will walk over.
They live two blocks from downtown in frat land. It's a miracle nothing has ever happened d.
