I think he's up to the job, but not debates. He understands the issues and can make decisions. Debating is totally different. And really this isn't

I think he's fine as president. The appointees in his administration are what are making change, I doubt he makes much policy. -- (edited)

he’s been president for ~3.5 years, and he’s not all that different than he has been. he’s a ceo/cob who picked a good executive leadership team.
