for sure he’s had those instances and more, and it’s not great. in action, though, with diversity in his admin and things like historic funding of

HBCUs, the executive order his first day in office re: underserved communities, a black media office to be more inclusive for media outlets that haven’t had access, and more, actual actions have mattered.
