morally superior or whatever other story is being told to themselves (and, too often, others, including for echo-chamber serotonin boosts) to make it feel ok in their minds.
it’s not caring about democracy, women’s rights, civil rights, environment, healthcare, and so much more that has actual impact on our day to day lives. it’s not caring that someone who’s already shown us exactly who he is and what he’s capable of, who has the blood of so many people on his hands in addition to being an actual convicted felon, who’s laid out what other terrible awful bad things he will do if elected again.
there is no choice to make other than joe for anyone who cares about themselves and others, no matter how much we might wish for someone else.
