felt popping after blowing her nose, fluid came from her belly button that had been included in her major abdominal surgery. I made her go to her oncologist asap, she was fast-track admitted that night, soon after had another surgery to close her back up.
super rare cause - internal stitches that are meant to dissolve popped. fortunately, no hole through, but intestines were *right there.* they were able to cleanly put things in place and suture with permanent stitches. a positive was that they were able to take a visual and not see any further cancer (as expected there), but that was not the way!
