Trump is going to argue immunity because he wrote the check to Michael Cohen after he was president. There is no reasonable reading under the

SCOTUS decision that would view that as an official duty (he was writing checks for his business), but he'll get a hearing on it. I really don't care at this point. I'd almost rather have the sentencing come closer to the election to bring it back to the top of the news.
