They're giving their NXT athletes some exposure to other wrestlers and coaches

All the NXT people have wrestled each other. And they're not going to do Indie appearances to get that seasoning they need.
TNA gets some needed national exposure and the NXT wrestlers get some exposure of wrestling outside the bubble of NXT and WWE
Plus with Dreamer and Bubba Ray over there, Shawn and Hunter can feel confident the NXT people won't get taken advantage of
