Kind of? It's an additional $243.6 million fine for the criminal prosecution that Boeing was originally not charged with in lieu of

being fined for defrauding the government: $243.6 Million fine as well as paying $1.77 billion to carriers who couldn't fly Maxes and $500 million to be paid to the families of those killed in the crashes.
So now criminally (all the definitions seem to apply) they've been fined the rather coincidental $243.6 million
And yes, at list prices, that doesn't even cover the cost of the planes
