I suspect it's a combination of Tony not wanting to alienate his new partners at CMLL and her not wanting to work with RUSH.

RUSH has spoken in defense of her ex, who is being charged with trying to kill her. RUSH and the guy grew up together, but it's still an idiotic thing for him to do, just like Kutcher and Kunis speaking up for Masterson.
