It feels very meh, except for that scene at the end. Just as a reminder...

New Captain America doesn't have any super powers like Old Captain America. He's got a shield (which in theory you could knock out of his hand with a good blow) and a jetpack. He shouldn't be able to knock down trees or throw people around. But we'll just ignore that, right?
