for sure), demanding to know what regulations they are cutting as required by the SC. He kept responding (correctly) that they didn't demand any be eliminated. Then Dan Goldman (correctly) explained that the SC basically said they get to decide which regulations go beyond the mandate of the legislation, but they don't identify which ones. So someone will have to bring lawsuits challenging specific regulations and then the courts will have to decide. Can't wait for a completely overrun judiciary. They're going to have to triple the number of federal judges.
