- After Hannah Gutierrez-Reed - the armorer - was convicted, a dude named Troy Teske brought some live ammo to the police station saying that these may be relevant to the case.
- It appears that Teske - an acquaintance of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed - may have been responsible for bringing some live ammo to the set.
- The crime scene specialist labeled the ammo with a different case number (accidentally? intentionally?)
- The prosecutor looked at the bullets and determined they were different from those used in the shoot and weren't relevant to the case.
- The evidence was not disclosed to the defense.
- The evidence turned up in court today. The judge had a look, and at least one bullet resembled he bullets used in the shoot. Ergo, relevant to the case, ergo, evidence was withheld from the defense, ergo, dismissal.
