to figure out TCO but maintenance to date is:
- Gear reduction fluid change (precautionary on online recommendations) - I think this was around $120
- 37.5k mile coolant change - $300ish
- One new set of tires - I can't find the invoice but I think maybe $800?
- Most charging has been at home where I'm paying close to 0.02/kWh in the middle of the night most nights but being offset by solar production. My wife's Niro routinely gets 50mpg so I can probably guess this mileage is equivalent to 1000 gallons of gas or $3500. Compared to those miles at an average of 3.5mi/kWh and $285 in electricity charges if my math is right at that rate.
- Lifetime EA charging costs : $111.58 + the monthly subscription but they say I saved $39.11 but not sure if that is above and beyond the subscription. Guessing that hasn't been worth it since I don't charge public all that often and should cancel.
