If I'm Microsoft right now, I'm proactively sending people to every Fortune 500 company affected by this.

It's not a Microsoft problem, but Microsoft engineers can help with the starting of systems and getting them recovered. No b.s. about "switching from Cloudstrike" or anything like that. Just be there to help them recover. It'll engender goodwill and if, at a later date, there's a conversation about switching away from Cloudstrike, all the better. At least it'll keep some of them from exploring "alternatives to Microsoft."
