Going to the root, it's because YouTube and TikTok. Arguably, this has been the reality for years now.

The problem with Nielsen's The Gauge charts is that it doesn't measure mobile viewing well (or at all?) They list YouTube in The Gauge, and in June YouTube is 9.9% of all viewing, but you *KNOW* that can't possibly include mobile (or perhaps even desktop) viewing.
