I'm inclined to get another bid as well. It seems super expensive to me (but I have no real frame of reference).

It's US Waterproofing (I think they're national but not sure). They did a bunch of work to fill cracks in our foundation that were causing water damage and then we had an issue with water that caused us to have them install the sump pump at the same time. Their explanations and follow up have not been great this time.
