The problem is multiple, we're 4 months out. if it's anyone but Kamala, they have to raise insane money in short time.

It's not going to be Newsom or Whitmer. Neither one of them will want to step over the 1st black woman to run for President.
Michele Obama won't do it.
There's no one else. It's Kamala and she failed last time, her run as VP has been lack luster (her staff was a disaster for the 1st half of her term) and she was stuck being the tie breaker, which was incredibly important no doubt, but it prevented her from being out and about the country.
