The white powder is easily identifiable in our sewer systems here in Oslo, Norway. I've seen hundreds of people using, by now. Very popular stuff.
Too bad since it finances very evil criminal organisations, many of which can be called cartels, but there you go.
What's being "done" about that is that it's glorified and trendified, so that you get upscale tex-mex restaurants named things like "Cartels'" now at the posh west-end, one small block away from our local Dorsia (yup - Dorsia).
Now please excuse me - I've gotta go return some video tapes..
