YO! SLACKERS - can I interest anyone in a Dark Sky Park in Northern Michigan STravaganza Gathering??? details inside

I just had Crash comment about a local bar's onion rings post on my FB page and it inspired the thought (again) that we should have a meet up in my home. Check out this accommodation (owned by Emmet County where I live) that is in the Dark Sky Park here - one of actually 3 locations in that sector for accommodations for 20, 8 and 4 respectively ... and of course there's lot of other lodging close by ... but star gazing from those locations is exceptional.

The rate is ridiculously low when you consider there is literally NO one for miles around - you are ON Lake Michigan. Best of all - no TV or DVD player available ... what could be better???

it's probably too late to plan for 2024 ... but what about next year???
