I don't think there are people considering voting for Trump that would vote for her no matter the VP.

I think anyone considering voting for Trump will either vote for him, vote for a 3rd party/independent candidate, only vote down ballot or not vote at all.
I also don't see any VP pick swaying someone from Harris to Trump.
Neither side is going to have much success courting people considering on voting for the other.
